Unless directly noted, all images on sales pages are representatives of the item or organism that you are purchasing. All of our live stock are produced in captivity.

We reserve the right to cancel and completely refund payments for orders containing live animals if we have reasonable suspicion that the animals will be obviously neglected, mistreated, or unlawfully released into the wild.

Returns for Supplies

We accept returns of supplies within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.

RETURNS FOR LIVE ANIMALS

Live animals are not eligible for return. We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly research care and consider their decision before purchasing live animals.

Live Animals Guarantee

We offer a 7-day live guarantee for our animals. In order to be eligible, you must opt for USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express as shipping. For best results, we will always recommend USPS Priority Express.

We take great care in ensuring their health and well-being. Animal purchases totaling $10 or more will include an environmental pack appropriate for the expected weather in the shipping location.

Beetles:

If your beetle passes away within seven days of the delivery date, we will issue a refund upon receiving proper video or image documentation of the deceased animal.

Isopods:

If half or more of the ordered quantity of isopods are no longer alive within seven days, we will issue a refund upon receiving proper video or image documentation of the deceased animal.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a return for supplies, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or item arrived damaged).

Orders containing live animals placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day to prevent extra delays. Orders containing live animals placed during extreme weather (extreme heat, cold, tropical storms, etc.) will be held until weather has stabilized enough for safe and rapid shipping. We will keep you informed of any updates or delays in getting an order shipped due to these events.
