Description
Second or third instar (L2-L3) captive born and bred larva of the Hermit Flower Beetle, Osmoderma eremicola. Unsexed. Shipped individually in 3.5oz deli cups of flake soil which should last as their food source for 2-3 weeks. These beetles remain in their larval form for roughly 12-24 months, as they will often build cells to hibernate during winter months.
